Conference ticket terms

Your booking

Each ticket admits one named attendee to the conference at Novotel Auckland Airport. Full-day admission, lunch and catering breaks are included. Networking drinks are paid separately unless the organiser confirms otherwise.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. Student tickets require the attendee to be currently studying. Young Professional tickets are for people with under 6 years of work experience. Industry tickets are for people with 6+ years of work experience. Complimentary tickets require an invitation code.

A paid booking is confirmed when payment is confirmed. A reserved checkout or a pending payment does not yet grant admission.

Changes, transfers and refund requests

Contact blake@harknessai.nz for changes, ticket transfers, cancellations or refund requests. Please include your booking reference.

Full refunds are available on request until Tuesday 12 January 2027, one month before the conference. After that, tickets are non-refundable.

You can transfer a ticket to someone else until Friday 5 February 2027, one week before the conference. A transfer is only complete once the organiser has updated the named attendee.

If the event is cancelled or materially changed, the organiser will contact affected ticket holders about the next steps.

Attendee information and consent

We collect registration information to manage entry, communicate about your booking and arrange catering and accessibility support. If you register someone else, you must have their permission and record their consent choices accurately.

The conference will be photographed and filmed, and attendees may appear in photos, video and recordings that YKIA and its partners share afterwards. Registering confirms you accept this. Every ticket holder is listed in the attendee directory, which only other ticket holders can open: it shows your name, organisation and networking zone, plus your city, LinkedIn link, photo and description if you choose a full profile. Never your email or phone. You can switch between a basic and full profile at any time from your event page, and we delete profile photos after the event. Sharing details with conference talent partners is a separate, optional choice. Contact the organiser to change it. Dietary and accessibility details are never included in the talent-partner export.
